CIPE Offers Internship in the U.S. to Young Romanian Chamber Professional

The program Chamber L.I.N.K.S. (Leaders, Interns and Knowledge Sharing) was initiated by CIPE two years ago. The goal of the program is to contribute to the professional development of the most talented employees coming from the Chambers of Commerce and the professional associations that CIPE is working with. The selected employees are offered an internship with one of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the U.S.

Ana Ciobanu, a graduate of the Master’s program in Public Policy of the National School for Political and Administrative Studies and an employee of the Neamt Chamber of Commerce and Industry, is the second Romanian to have been selected for this internship.  Over the course of six weeks that have already started, Ana will complete an internship with the Robertson County Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in the state of Tennessee. As such, she will be taking part in and helping organize various events. Additionally, she will be in contact with members of the Chamber committees, and will interact with the Chamber’s regional partners. Upon returning, Ana will be able to apply the experience and the knowledge acquired during the internship in her own work at the Neamt Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The other Romanian that was selected for an internship during the previous edition of the program is Delia Stef, from the Brasov Association of Businesswomen and Women Managers.
