Liliana Bolan


Liliana Bolan is partner in the Qadris Consulting Company that provides fiscal and accounting consulting services. Mrs. Bolan has a vast experience in the fiscal and labor legislation, as well as in managing PHARE projects. Liliana Bolan is an experienced consultant in the legislation impacting the activity of a business associations or other types of NGO.   

Liliana Bolan has been a trainer for the National Institute of Administration, delivering courses concerning the authorization procedures for the SAPARD funds. Mrs. Bolan is an active member of the HR-Club, a professional association in human resources, where she is involved in the working group dedicated to income legislation, and where she provides training on the income legislation.

Liliana Bolan’s professional path includes being Financial Director at Indaco Systems and Trylon TSF, Financial Controller and Treasury Administrator at Coty Cosmetics Romania, Sales Analyst at Steilmann.  She is also a constant contributor for prestigious Romanian economic magazines- Capital, Tribuna Economica, and eWeek.

Mrs. Bolan has a BA in management from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, as well as a BA in automobiles manufacturing technology from the Politechnic University in Bucharest.
