Strategic planning sessions
The success of any organization depends on the coherence between its mission and its programs and policies, as well as on its effectiveness in attaining the proposed objectives. Our team can facilitate the process of analyzing the mission and resources of your organization, as well as the planning of future steps.
Drafting legislative agendas
The legislative agenda is a key element of the interface between the organization's specific needs on public policies and public authorities. Producing it involves specific steps such as collecting information from diverse stakeholders' groups and writing a concise and coherent document that identifies the issues/obstacles and offers solutions backed up by accurate data. Our team has already provided support in drafting legislative agendas for business coalitions from the tourism, manufacturing and ICT sectors.
Designing and coordinating membership campaigns
Our specialists will conduct surveys to obtain information on the interests and expectations of the business community your organization operates in. Based on the results, the available resources and the organization's development capacity, we will design and coordinate membership campaigns with measurable objectives.
Programs and services assessment
Whether it's about the creation of a new program or the evaluation of an existing one, our specialists will provide an unbiased and coherent analysis that will take into consideration market demands, as well as the resources and capabilities of your organization.
Events management
Conferences, seminars, public hearings and other events represent opportunities for the organization to gain visibility and to strengthen its position within the community. Our team has a proven record of organizing such successful events and will provide state-of-the-art services, a top agenda and guest speakers.
Focus groups facilitation
The opinions and suggestions of different stakeholders represent a major resource in building programs or services, and in assessing and improving operations. An unbiased and professional facilitator will collect authentic and precise information. Our team can organize such focus groups, process the information and provide specific recommendations.
