"The RIOM training offered an excellent best practices model in which organization management really works and members know what are their rights and responsibilities. Participating in these courses proved to be advantageous for me. The training materials are comprehensive, including all the major issues encountered in business associations' activity. Another strong point of RIOM is the fact that we have learned more about other similar organizations, which builds the premises for future partnerships and a continuous information exchange."
Adriana Barothi, Head of the Marketing/ Communication/ Membership Department - Constanta Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Agriculture and Navigation (Romania)

"RIOM is an unique experience: interactive courses, outstanding trainers, professional coordination, topics that are interesting and useful both for the beginners and the ones more experienced in this sector. I warmly recommend this training."
Simona Predoiu, Executive Director of the Romanian Association of Paint Industry

"What I enjoyed most about RIOM training was the mix between education and fun. All the case studies and exercises merged the teamwork with the experience exchanges among colleagues. I have now a better understanding of some business association management issues, but I have also learned new things. I hope that all that I have accumulated here will help me introduce change in my organization."
Manuela Stanescu, President's Assistant- National Association of Evaluators in Romania
