ToT Program
The training-of-trainers project “Balkan and Caucasus Regional Project: Building Local Expertise in Association and Chamber Management” aims to strengthen business associations in the Balkans and Caucasus by developing a permanent network of trainers, facilitators, and consultants for the region.
The project will help develop skills for assisting local organizations for effective advocacy, strategic planning, membership development and successful communication with government and public authorities. This project specifically recognizes the value of local experts and trainers in understanding the subtleties of local political environments.

The CIPE Development Institute is a joint effort with CIPE partners and distinguished global scholars. It features multimedia presentations, lesson plans and study materials on the topics of democracy, market economy and international development, geared to students and professors in developing countries. But the curriculum is also free to any person or organization interested in these topics. CIPE's goal is simple: help students worldwide become positive agents of change.
