Corina Dragomirescu is Senior Consultant at th e Advocacy Academy in Timisoara, where she coordinates public consultations and training programs.
Liliana Bolan is partner in the Qadris Consulting Company that provides fiscal and accounting consulting services. Mrs. Bolan has a vast experience in the fiscal and labor legislation, as well as in managing PHARE projects.
Cornelia Rotaru is the President of the Association for Women Entrepreneurship Development in Romania, member in the Consultative Body of the National Authority for Research and Science, and evaluator for research, innovation and technologic transfer programs.
Despina Pascal has an extensive experience in training and public policy research acquired as local expert in four of the most important PHARE programs in Romania: the Program for Local Development FIDEL (1996-1997), the Program for Sustainable Public-Private Partnership PARTNER (2002-2003), the Program ‘Technical Assistance for the Ministry of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises’ (2003-2004) and the follow-up of this program in 2005.
Gabriela Hagiu is the owner of a consulting company, as well as an associate professor at the Bucharest University- the Communication and Public Relations Department. Within the Public Relations Master Program, she has introduced and delivers a series of courses such as “Efficient Practices in Business and Professional Associations’ Management”, “Commercial Practices in Events’ Management and Logistics”, “Advocacy Campaigns as a Public Relations Application”.
Valerica Dragomir has a seven years experience in working for business associations. Since 2001, she has been an employee of the Employers’ Association of the Software Industry and Services (ANIS).
Valentin Negoita build his experience in business associations management as Executive Director of the Cable Communications Association (2001-2003), as President of the Producers and Distributors of ICT Equipments (starting 2003), as well as President of the ECO TIC, the first collective organization of the electrical and electronic equipment producers (EEE) in Romania established in 2006.

In celebration of UN International Youth Day on August 12, 2010, CIPE has created a series of blog posts, photos, and videos about inspiring young people working to strengthen democracy around the world. These emerging leaders make sure that their voices are heard and their needs are met. In so doing, they uphold their responsibilities as citizens and help create positive change in their communities.
